Former Spice girl turned fashion designer Victoria Beckham is reportedly tired of her surgically enhanced assets and gone under the knife once again to reduce their size.

 
    Victoria, popularly known as Posh, felt that the enlarged look did not fit in with her new role as an upmarket fashion designer and mother of three.

    The fashionista reportedly visited a Los Angeles surgeon for her third breast job last month and had a set of implants removed to give her a smaller size, reported a website. Posh, 35, is now said to be recovering in France with her football star husband David Beckham and their sons Brooklyn, Romeo and Cruz.
