Live Coverage of Parliament's No Confidence Motion Debate: Greetings and welcome to the live blog focusing on the ongoing debate regarding the no-confidence motion in Parliament.

Amid significant commotion, the deliberation over the motion of no-confidence commenced on Tuesday, marked by the BJP's "ridicule" of Congress leader Rahul Gandhi for his hesitance to initiate the discourse. The initiation of the no-confidence dialogue was carried out by Congress MP Gaurav Gogoi, who directed three crucial inquiries towards Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Congress Member of Parliament Gaurav Gogoi expressed, "The Prime Minister has adopted a 'silent vow' to refrain from speaking in the Parliament. Therefore, we had to introduce the No Confidence Motion to break his silence. We have three inquiries for him: 1) Why hasn't he visited Manipur up till now? 2) Why did he take nearly 80 days to address the issue of Manipur, and when he did, it lasted merely 30 seconds? 3) Why hasn't the Chief Minister dismissed the Manipur CM thus far?"
