Update for the changes and improvements to Midtown Madness.

The following changes and improvements are made to Midtown Madness when you install the update:

Vehicle tuning parameters hard-coded to prevent unfair changes.

Locked vehicles not available for multiplayer games.

Several issues related to switching views are fixed

System Requirements

* Supported Operating Systems: Windows 2000; Windows 95; Windows 98; Windows ME; Windows XP

* Multimedia PC with Pentium 200 or a Pentium 166 with 3D accelerator

* 16MB of RAM for Windows 95 or Windows 98, 32MB recommended; 32MB of RAM for Windows 2000
