A man dangles his two-year-old daughter out of eighth-floor window as he attempts suicide, at Chengdu in China’s Sichuan province; a member of a rescue team stealthily approaches them and snatches the girl; he closes the window on the man to block him from jumping. The man later tested positive for drugs and was taken into custody
