Jacqueline Fernandes Miss Sri Lanka signed her first endorsement with a charitable organization

Miss Sri Lanka - Jacqueline Fernandes has signed her first endorsement with a charitable organization. She is the brand ambassador for ‘Habitat for Humanity’ which provides shelter to poor and needy people.
Jacqueline will be representing Sri Lanka for this organization. It is a project that helps poor build their own simple and decent houses. Jacqueline says, “This is my first endorsement for a charitable organization. I will be representing Sri Lanka and I thank Habitat for the opportunity it has given me, to make a difference to society. This organization helps the poor and needy people with shelter. They aren’t free homes which are given away but people work in order to collect funds and provide free homes.”
The model turned actress will be traveling all around the small towns and villages in Sri Lanka. She continues, “‘Habitat for Humanity’ works with ambassadors globally. We have John Abraham in India, Ricky Martin in the United Sates. Each ambassador helps in contributing to another in their own way.”
All set to make her debut in Bollywood with Aladin, the actress is more than willing to be a part of India’s organization. She adds, “Now that I am residing in India, as a responsible citizen, I will be glad to be working for the people in this country too. It doesn’t restrict me to work to a specific country I represent.”
