sivaji-movie Shivaji-The boss -Rs. 80 Crores

Cast : Super Star Rajinikanth,Shriya,Vivek,Nayantara

Directed by : S. Shankar

Music : A.R. Rahman

Producers : M. Saravanan/M.S. Guhan

Loaded with Rajni-style antics such as flicking coins, acrobatically bouncing chewing gum around, and swapping guns from hand to hand whilst flying through the air, the film has a lot to offer for Rajni fans, and also has the usual social development message featuring Rajni as the Messiah. The song picturizations are good and very entertaining. But the film is very long overall flawed by a weak plot, too many repetitive action sequences, and a extremely poor editing.

love-story-2050 Love Story 2050 - 80 Crores

Kapoor later opted out in 2006 saying she had some date problems and was replaced by Chopra. Love Story is Bollywood's first futuristic film and 1200 special effect shots, the most ever in India.

Lead actress, Priyanka Chopra will be seen playing a double role in the film.Along with lead actors, Harman and Priyanka, a robot will also be seen playing a major role in the film, along with that, we also get to see a teddy bear which appears to be more than a toy.

ghajini Ghajini – Rs. 65 crores

Directed by : A.R. Murugadoss

Music : A.R. Rahman

Aamir Khan’s remake of the smash South Indian movie made huge profits for him, raking in about 180 crores in revenue. The movie itself is a really bad remake of the awesomely made Memento. The movie cost about 65 crores, which will surely include the nationwide PR programme, which also involved some bizarre concepts like giving the signature Ghajini haircut outside theaters and the war of words between SRK and Aamir.

jodha-akbar Jodhaa Akbar - RS. 60 Crores (Rs 600 Million)

Cast : Hrithik Roshan ,Aishwarya Rai Bachchan

Cast : Akshay Kumar ,Kareena Kapoor ,Aaftab Shivdasani,Amrita Arora ,Dara Singh

Director: Sabir Khan

Producer: Sajid Nadiadwala , Prachi Thadani

Music: Anu Malik

Mind-numbing storyline (or the lack of it), below the belt jokes, Hollywood stars with no roles to play but eye candy, and vulgar show of skin characterized this movie. But the shooting was in exotic locales and the start studded cast and the hugely extensive (and forceful) publicity campaign ensured that the budget touched 60 crores
